Look at All the Progress You’ve Made — Keep It Going!

Hi there,

It’s Dr. Reon Baird-Feldman, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you for being part of this Confidence Journey with us. Whether it’s the 3-Day Confidence Quest, practicing daily affirmations, or simply making time to connect with your child, you’ve been doing incredible work.

Confidence-building isn’t always a straight line — but I know that with every small step you’re taking, you’re helping your child grow into a stronger, more resilient version of themselves. And that’s something to celebrate every day.

As we wrap up this mini-series, I want to leave you with one final thought:

🌱 You’re not alone in this journey.
As parents and caregivers, we all want our kids to feel strong, capable, and loved. And sometimes, we need a little support too. Whether it’s finding tools to continue fostering self-esteem or discovering new ways to celebrate your child’s strengths, you’re part of a community that’s working toward the same goal: helping our kids build the confidence to tackle anything that comes their way.

🎯 Next Steps:
If you’ve enjoyed these activities, here are a few simple ways to continue supporting your child’s growth:
  • Keep the Affirmation Practice Going: Whether it’s through our Affirmation Cards, Water Bottles, or Journals, find little ways to keep those positive messages front and center.
  • Set New Goals Together: Confidence grows when we challenge ourselves. Have a conversation with your child about what’s next — whether it’s learning something new, trying a fun activity, or practicing a new skill.
  • Stay Connected: Check in regularly with your child about how they’re feeling, what they’re proud of, and what they’d like to work on. This encourages open communication and keeps that confident conversation alive.
The summer might be winding down, but your child’s confidence journey is just beginning. You’ve already set a strong foundation, and I’m excited for you to continue building on it every day.

With endless encouragement,

Dr. Reon Baird-Feldman
